Amarine MadeStainless Tournament Style Clamp on Fishing Rod Holder for Rails 7/8"-1"

These are Awesome Stainless Steel Rod Holders. I currently have five of them installed on my boat. They are a great value for the money and are very functional. The Stainless Steel has held up very well so far with plenty of saltwater use and all of my rods fit into them great. You can’t go wrong with these Rod Holders.

Well it's made in China. But looks like it will be ok, only time will tell. the holder this one is replacing the base was made out of I think some kind of pot metal and was just junk after a couple years. The base on this one say's stainless steel but I am not really sure at this point, hope so.

Great clamp on rod holder. I ordered one of these a few months ago for the middle of my center console grab rail. As a few previous reviews said, the set screw that controls the angle started to work its way loose. I took it off and used loc-tite on it and have not had any further problems. I bought a pair of them to replace the older ones on my side rails.

They are sturdy and seem to be well made. I did notice that some people say they are 306 stainless and not 316. This doesn't matter to me because I have them attached to my deck chairs and go back in the cabin after a day out. They work perfect for my needs, your needs may be different.

Work well and look nice. I haven't had them on the boat long enough yet to see if they loosen as others had reported. I did have one of the 6 I bought that had a bad bolt.

Solidly made, and seem to be of quality stainless- I have not used in salt water yet, but will update posting if I see the appearance of rust after our beach trip in September. seems to me they would last a very long time in fresh water.

The screws on the backside of the clamp are not recessed - so they stick out, which looks cheap. I may end up making a new plate or a cover to give it a more finished look.The holder itself seems to be nice quality, and the clamp got tight on my railing. We'll see how the saltwater treats it.
