I was skeptical at first I was only trying to get into Ketosis for a few days before I received them. So when they came in it was the negative on the 4th day it was positive into the moderate range.I've been using it daily and it bounces back from moderate to medium.I got a negative one night but it was a false negative sometimes you just won't have any ketones in your urine.I just wish the colors were more like the chart they're slightly different so it's a bit hard to read.

These work great! I know some others have had issues, but so far mine are holding out. I keep them in my half bath so there is no humidity from the shower, which I believe helps their longevity. I took a three-day break from keto and I was able to watch as my ketones slowly depleted and once I went back on it after the break, I saw them slowly return, so the strips seem to be accurate. Their price per strip is really good, too. I plan to re-order these eventually.

Give you an indication if you’re in ketosis, but results vary. As an ‘on/off’ they work fine.
