Yoga Mat with Alignment

I can tell the material is made out of a durable, thick foam and the shoulder strap to follow suit as it is so comfortable during Shavasana, that I almost fell asleep in my living room. Easy to use, gentle on the knees and spine between the shoulder blades., and my sweaty little grubby little feet and hands don’t slide everywhere either. I love the green/teal in real life as it is pictured, it complements my gym bag very nicely which was the goal.

My floor has no carpet or rug. I had a thick mat, but had to add a thinner one under it. It was still uncomfortable and stiff plus it was too heavy and had no give to it. After searching for a mat, I chose this one because the reviews were so positive, and I wanted a softer mat with enough “give” that I can still balance well on one foot. Using my IUGA for the very first time, I am so pleased because it is very comfortable on the bare floor. It is lightweight, has a great stickiness to it, and had no offensive odor whatsoever right out of the package. The price was so reasonable for such a great mat. I would recommend this product to everyone. I’m still amazed at the comfort it offers me even though I have some hip pain I’m working out. Lying on my side is no problem. It’s an amazing mat.....just perfect for me. I appreciate the quality of this one.....they got it right!!!!!

High quality material, no smell, just the right thickness to lay flat and not move around on top of my carpeted floor. The best part is it is almost 3 inches wider than most standard yoga mats. I bought it specifically for the extra width as doing exercises like pushups on a 23 inch mat meant my hands were half on the mat and half off the edge on the floor

Pretty good mat for the price. I ordered the green one and the color is so nice. The center line is nice for keeping a good form. Some of the cons I’ve noticed is that the mat scuffs pretty easily. Just from moving my bare feet and dragging slightly developed some markings. I haven’t tried to clean the mat yet, so those may come off with a towel and cleaner. Another con is that the mat stretches when force is placed upon it, like being in downward dog makes your hands and maybe feet slide away even on hardwood floors. Some of the pros are that it comes with a couple carrying strap options, so keeping it rolled up and put away is easy. The center alignment line is nice. The grip is decent, I’ve slid a little but that’s probably just from my own bad form. Overall, this is a nice mat. I’ll definetly get my use out of it.

After going thru 4 yoga mats, as I was in desperate need of a new mat after 5 years, I finally tried IUGA. I fully expected to return this mat, along with the 4 brands I previously tried, but no need- it's PERFECT! Finally, a durable mat, zero slippage (even with heavy perspiration) and I no longer have to put additional padding under this mat to support my knees during various poses! Not too thin, not too thick- just right for balancing poses, as well as those requiring full weight on your knees. By far, the best yoga mat I've owned- definitely will be a lifelong customer.

I was nervous about buying a new mat, but I am so glad I did! I love this mat! The line in the middle is immensely helpful, the fish is perfect, and I love the muted green color. It curls on the edge, but hopefully that issue will subside over time. Shipping was super fast as well. Recommend this mat, it is grippy and has the perfect amount of Cush.

This is my second mat to buy like this. The first one I stupidly left outside in the sun and it never recovered. I spent 2 years trying to find another that was anywhere close to as amazing. I finally just broke down and bought this one again. It's just wonderful. Doesn't totally compress when you are on it. Doesn't slide around at all. Perfect length. Don't waste your time. Get it.

Nice at first, but very very delicate. I usually use it barefoot and only occasionally use socks when I do yoga. After maybe half a dozen gentle yoga sessions (not pilates or any of the more exercise-y yogas), it already has deep impressions, scuffs and minor tears ALL over the place. While I liked how squishy it felt, and the size was right, I ended up relegating it as a cushion under my house mat. Also, it is a little too stretchy for my taste. Downward dog always felt like I was doing it on a rubber band.

Molto spesso e comodo. Utilissimo per lo yoga.

This is my first experience of Yoga, and I wanted it to be a positive experience from the word go. Initially overwhelmed by the choice of Yoga Mats I soon decided on the IUGA eco -friendly Yoga mat. The reasons being that the production and materials meant that it was eco-friendly which is important to me. I also wanted to support a small company. I am delighted with my Yoga Mat. I find the alignment lines very helpful and it is easy to keep clean and fresh. I would recommend the mat and Yoga to all in these troubled times.

Best quality mat I've ever owned and I've owned a few in the last four years. It cleans nicely, is double sided, robust and the quality is really good and strong. I've recently bought a second one in a different colour. I also like that it's not too thick as to make it hard to balance on one foot.

This mat is the best one I’ve used. Arrived quickly, Good size, grippy and made of eco materials. Why then does it arrive wrapped in a plastic wrapper? The reason I’ve marked it down to 4 stars.
