I don't know an approximate time period for expiration, but I seem to recall it's several months (if any). I don't have a bag right now for I usually eat all of them with/in a week they're so good. (AND good for you.)

What is the current harvest year of the product? If the lot number starts with 22 thats means its been harvested in 2022.

Dare you to eat just a few

Who doesn’t love pistachio’s? These are a large size and consistently has very few unopened nuts. They are always fresh tasting when first opened. However, no matter how well the package is resealed they never taste quite as good. I always feel the bag is pumped up with some sort of gas that makes them taste so good that very first time. Nonetheless, they can be habit forming.
