Alright, so this is a really stupid story, so here we go.When I first ordered this, I thought it was essential oil, so with that being said, when I got it, I put a little on my wrist, and I was like "oh...this is...really sweet" but it still smells great! So a few nights later after one of my showers, I was using my hair brush and I thought "OH I SHOULD USE IT IN MY HAIR SO MY HAIR SMELLS GOOD!!" So I put a crap ton of what I thought was essential oil, on my hair brush. I started brushing my hair, and it smelt sweet, and nice. Then after I was done, I decided to actually LOOK at the bottle, and see if it said anything about skin irritation, or what could happen if too much is applied. So I get to the back of the bottle and I was truly and utterly confused when I read "ideal for hard candy, frostings, cookies, fudges, baking, and more" and then that's when it made sense as to why it said "Cotton Candy Flavor" in big letters on the front. So yea, that's my story. And yes, this really happened. I was so embarrassed. But yea, I give this five stars because it smells really nice!

I should have read the reviews more carefully. It's a 4.3 with over 13k reviews but if you look at the individual reviews, they're for more than just the cotton candy flavoring - there's other items mixed in there. Don't buy the cotton candy one - it is awful. Even my kids thought it was gross. I used it to make ice cream since that's their favorite flavor at DQ but it was nothing close to what I would call cotton candy flavor. It was just gross all around. I tossed it after using it once.

Cotton candy flavoring. I used this in some cookies. Not sure that it made a difference in the cookies. Flavor not really strong. Flavoring was expensive, I probably will not buy again.

I used this to make crystal candy and it was great. Great scent and size for the cost. I would buy this one again and hopefully other flavors from this same company. I also loved the bottle and how easy it was to pour out what I needed.

Ok..I wanted to post this as quickly as possible. It seems many arent familiar with these types of extracts. Two to three drops are all that is needed. NOT A TEASPOON!!! This is SUPER STRENGTH!!! This is nothing like a typical extract found at the grocery store. TWO TO THREE DROPS IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED!!!! If you use more than that I cant promise you it will taste like pure chemicals.
