I like a stiffer wood or bamboo Spatula for the Cast iron.THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM:- These are perfect and exactly what I wanted to use with all my Cast Iron Pots and Pans!- These Wood Spatulas are so pretty that I almost wanted to keep them for a wall display instead.- These are easy to clean and don't scratch my Cast Iron, but are stiff enough to get the job done.THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM:- So far, nothing.CONCLUSION:- I am very happy with these beautiful and very functional Wood Spatulas.- I may buy another set for display, as they are very attractive.
