I appreciate having three different weighted ropes. I consider myself a beginner and the ropes are easy to change out to best fit my energy level on a given day. I had no issues adjusting the length of the ropes with the included wire cutter tool and putting the handle clips on was fairly easy too. I feel the 1/2 pound rope in a good way. The 1/5lb rope is good for speed roping. I am happy with my purchase so far.

Excellent set of ropes - why ? 1- attachment mechanism is perfect , it does not put a strain on the rope to ensure durability 2- the cords are easy to swap , there are 3 different cords , different width and weight from very light and speedy to a heavier one 3- cords are secured with screws and the set includes the screw key for easy fix 4- the ring mechanism attaching the cords is super gratifying to work with 5- includes tool easily trims the cord to desired length 6- cords will be easy to replace if needed

It’s a jump rope and works as one. Easy to cut and resize to needed length. Smooth ball bearings. Easy to switch out different weighted ropes. Good value compared to some of the big name brands. Would buy again

Sizing the rope was easy; I just followed the instructions to trim it to the right length for my height, which only took a couple of minutes. This is a well-made product. It takes a bit of time to cut the cord to how you want it for each weighted jump rope, but after that, switching between the ropes is quite simple. Just be careful on what you cut because there is no going back, that is really the only potential negative.

I love the rope itself, its flexible and seems to be of good quality. The handles are horrendous, they started making weird spinning sounds from day 1 of exercising and they also get really slippery after you start to sweat. Greatly overpriced, would recommend at maybe a third of the price.
