Leakage of steam
I used this product twice in a month The first time it worked perfectly but the second time when i used the product with the extended connecting spray it started leaking from a few places and the steam started burning my hands…..sometimes the steam is quite perfect but while using it for a minute or two it gets very less amount as per requirement…..i find it a waste of money and this product is not of use for me anymore

Worst aftersale service, bad quality.
Hardly used for 2 times, 3rd time steam started leaking from everywhere. All within a month. For more than a week no response or action on registered complaint, only responses from the AI bots.

DONT BUT THE STEAMER. MINE GOT A FAULT WITHIN 10 DAYS. NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
DON'T BUY THEIR STEAMER. It's the WORST...It started malfunctioning WITHIN 10 days...After a couple of uses, the steam started to come out of the very sealed cap.. AND THE WORST.. I have been trying to connect with their customer team, and even after providing them the invoice and the complete issue video, they are not even responding and not even picking up the call..It's a total SCAM..
