it's NOT like home made
I was thrilled to find this, as I love sausage gravy, but make it rarely. Until I actually tried the product. It's strangely shiny and somewhat translucent, as though it was made with cornstarch, water and some nearly tasteless oil to form the rue. The minimal sausage pellets are oddly textured, little tasteless balls, and the entire serving has an off taste. I'm writing this almost two days after eating it and am still burping the undesirable taste.

Not the best I've had and not the worst. Sort of a middle-of-the-road type of gravy. Good if you don't have the time to make it from scratch.

Yes, it is sausage gravy! When I have an intense craving, this will do. It's not the best, but it's the best I can get delivered.
