This is a very nice bread maker.I first became interested in bread making when some of my family members developed problems with gluten.So,I looked for a nice bread maker and a good cookbook.I have made a loaf of bread every week since I purchased this bread maker.It takes about 3 hours to make a loaf,so keep that in mind.Also,I always set the bread maker on light crust,because I have burned a loaf using the medium crust setting.You can put the machine on bake if the loaf needs more time,but the bread rarely needs to be baked past the light stage.I have made one gluten free loaf,which turned out dense but acceptable. I have had bread over proof,which makes the top cave in slightly after baking,but it still tastes delicious! I always thought bread making was too complicated for me,but the bread machine makes it easy.

I tried making bread three times to no avail. Each time the bread was undercooked and it fell down into itself. On the fourth try, the machine buttons wouldn't budge to any settings I tried setting. I took the dough out and started kneeing it with my own hands. A few hours later I had a beautiful loaf of bread, made without the bread machine. So, if I can make a beautiful loaf of bread on my own, but the bread machine cannot, something must be wrong with the machine.In addition to the above, the instructions that come with the machine are written in hard-to-decipher pigeon English. The conversions from "small spoon" or "large spoon" to teaspoon/tablespoon are inaccurate. Everything else is in milliliters. When compared to an online American bread recipe, the butter/oil, water and flour conversions are not compatible.Try making bread on your own, you will likely have more success. If you still want a machine, get one made in America even if it is pricey. I would like to return it and get a refund, if possible.

I had an expensive bread maker whose bread pan paddles were worn out. A new bread pan for that bread machine was in the $80 range. So I had a choice, buy a new machine for very little more, or buy just a bread pan and have an old machine. Since buying and using this Aicok bread machine I find that my loves of bread turn out every bit as good as on the machine that cost over three times as much. At present I am pleased with this purchase because it works very well, but I am unable to speak for its durability since I haven't had it that long.

The instructions are not written by someone fluent in English. Being brand new to bread machines, I have no idea how to interpret most of them. The frustration of not understanding the instructions ruins the whole experience. The recipes included are by weight and volume, no cup/table spoon conversions. Using online recipes is proving to be a challenge as the settings in recipe instructions don’t match the machine. I tried one basic recipe and it was a disaster.

I was longing for a bread maker for long time, finally my husband bought this one for me. I made my first loaf the night when it arrived. The outcome was amazing. It has all the features you can imaging-view window, light/medium/dark color settings and size selection. It has dozens of bread types and easy to use and clean. Cannot wait to try all bread types. Highly recommend to anyone who love to make fresh loaf by himself.

We have had our machine since Christmas and have made 5 loaves of bread. The user manual is horrible otherwise I would have given a 4 or 5 star rating! They should hire someone who can translate the manual into understandable English. You have to convert grams to cups of flour for the recommended recipes, and you will also have to adjust the recipes to fit your liking. My first loafs were very dense. The last loaf I made was near perfect but I used an extra ½ teaspoon of yeast and 2 Tbsp of Vital Wheat Gluten. I was making the 750 gram Multigrain bread recipe.

The bread maker is convenient to use. It has 15 functions that can make different bread and even cake and yogurt. I like the recipes it provides, quite easy to follow. What I like most is the reserve function, with which I can have fresh bread in the morning without getting up early.

When the bread maker arrived, it made several loaves, all of them successful. The programs are set up, easy to use, free of hands, and the baked bread is soft, and both of my daughters like it. Most importantly, it saves me a lot of time and I can do a lot of other things. Very good product experience.
