It has both fragrance and alcohol. I would say to avoid if your skin is dry and dehydrated. I’ve not seen any negative impacts from this product but different strokes.

Is this good for oily skin?

Yes. It’s important to use water based hydrating serums like hyaluronic acid or snail mucin in the normal routine to maintain moisture before using this sun screen
