I'm honestly obsessed with these gummies. If you're looking for a sweet-and-sour candy that's lower in sugar and net carbs, these are one of the best I've found. What I love most is that this variety pack includes all five flavors in every bag, so you don't have to choose just one. I enjoy all of them, and it's nice to get a mix instead of committing to a single flavor. The taste is fantastic. They're chewy, flavorful, and have the perfect balance of sweet and sour. Unlike many better-for-you candies, these don't leave me feeling like I'm sacrificing flavor. I also appreciate the ingredients. They're plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, made with pectin instead of gelatin, and they're free of artificial dyes. On top of that, each bag has only 3 grams of sugar, 3 grams of net carbs, and 70 calories, making them an easy treat when I'm trying to watch my sugar intake. One important thing to know - and I'm mentioning this because I think it's helpful - is the fiber content. Each bag contains 26 grams of fiber, which is over 90% of the daily recommended value. That's one of the reasons I like them because fiber can be hard to get enough of, BUT...if you're not used to eating that much fiber, you'll definitely want to enjoy them in moderation and see how your body responds. Trust me - don't overdo on the first try! For me, they're the perfect healthier alternative to traditional sour gummies, and I'll definitely keep buying them.

I’m addicted!!! Shameless Candy has become my go-to treat when I’m craving something sweet. The flavors have an almost floral, sophisticated taste that feels just as much for adults as it is for kids. The fact that it’s sugar-free makes it even better & can totally satisfy my sweet tooth w/out all the sugar. Def keep these stocked in my pantry!

As a candy fiend, on a keto diet, and actively controlling carbs, these are flat out amazing...i like them better than haribo gummies. expensive, but if you need that sweet hit, after a low carb meal, these are gold! Great strong fruity flavors ..could be more sour, but still pretty awesome!

These are very good. I like the raspberry, green apple and blueberry flavors best. Not the biggest fan of the peach or watermelon flavors, but even those flavors were better, more tolerable, in this brand than other brands I've had. The bags are small for the price. They are tasty

If you were on a low-carb diet and need a little pick me up, this is what you need! I love sour patch kids, and of course they’re full of sugar and cannot have them so these are a great substitute! The taste is great, zip lock bag easy to carry in your purse. And you have several so you can put one at home one in your office one of your car one of your purse one of your husband‘s truck. You can put them all over so you have that little snack whenever you need it. They’re very fresh great quality and definitely will buy these again!

These taste good, and assuming they are providing the fiber amounts claimed on the nutrition facts, it's a super efficient way to supplement your fiber intake. You'd have no idea these are high fiber/low sugar because they taste good. That said, they are labeled as sour candy and there isn't even a single iota of sourness, which was the reason I picked this flavor vs paying for the slightly less expensive non-sour ones. Based on the high cost and the lack of being sour at all, I probably won't be purchasing again. Better Sour has less fiber but def fulfills the sour candy craving compared to these, which are basically just flavored gummies. Again, they taste fine, but if you want a sour candy flavor, this isn't it.
