Works perfectly! Blows very cold air and also hot air (in heating mode). It’s heavy, but rolls easily across carpet. My wife was able to roll it from living room to back bedroom. Lowered temp by 1 degree in 25 minutes in large room with 10 ft ceiling. Ideal for cooling or warming a room without doing whole house. Relatively quiet as indicated in description. We had unit near tv and didn’t have to increase volume at all. I calculated electric cost and it was slightly less than whole house cooling; about 15% less of my summer daily electric cost of $6.

Worked really well when it worked, but only worked for about 10 months and then died. The heat was ok, not the best in cold conditions when the temp really drops, the air conditioning was great. I wouldn't recommend somewhere you will be using 24/7. Update - Needed to keep some equipment cool, so I pulled this gem out, we found the issue and apparently it is fairly common, this unit is extremely sensitive to voltage to start the compressor. At 108 volts, I could not get the compressor to turn on, but at 112 volts, it turns on just fine. No errors, nothing shown so we originally thought it was just the unit not running 24/7. Plugged it into a UPS, no issues since. Remember to leave the drain plug and a little bit of water in the pan.

Going on a year seen all 4 seasons. Unit keeping my 3 season, 8 by 30, sunroom comfortable for daily TV and exercise use. drain runs out the wall, I cut a 6-inch hole venting outside with louvered cover on outside wall. Set the temp that's it. Didn't notice drastically change on energy bill/ Also have a similar unit in my 30 foot camper RV for several years now, travels well, vented through wall, works way better than factory equipment and much quieter, save a bundle running campground electric instead of your propane!

Unit is currently unavailable with good reason! You cannot use the continuous drain for the heater, they tell me that it wasn't designed that way. Some Einstein decided that when using the heater it would be reasonable for the consumer to empty it every 2-3 hours. It fills then stops working. Functionality is very poor. I have just received notification from the company that they are working with us to resolve the issue. I am very impressed and pleased with this company I have not had this kind of service in a very long time I will give them 5 stars for their service!

Cools like a charm. My only complaints are that it is difficult to empty the water tray and it's a little too noisy.

Works as advertised. Easy to set up.
