Lots of fun
These have been tons of fun for the kids. We have a pond nearby and they work great. Battery lasts pretty long, remote is easy to use and they look cool. Fun gift to give.

Easy to use and Fun for the Kids
Bought these for my twin 5 year old boys. They LOVED them! So durable and great quality. So much fun to use in the pool and at the lake. Easiest way to entertain them when they start to get wild in the water. They were able to figure out the remote control themselves, with very little guidance. Worth every penny I spent, mom WIN!

WAY more fun than a real boat, but they do require maintenance.
They're a lot of fun, they're very cheaply made, and you'll have to spend some effort to keep them in running condition.Good stuff: Two boats are more fun than one, if only because then two people can each drive one, and they can chase each other. The batteries last a surprisingly long time, and charge in about 90 minutes. The lights look GREAT in the evening when it's darker. The remotes pair with the boats (quickly) every time you start them up, so you don't have to worry about which controller goes with which boat, and the setup process is very easy. Not mentioned in the packaging: You'll need 4 AA batteries for the remotes (a pair for each). I recommend getting low-self-discharge NiMH rechargeables; they work fine with the lower 1.2V of rechargeable AA's.The twin screws are either all the way on, or all the way off. They can go pretty fast, but never seem to plane above the water, so they have to work for every knot of speed. You can steer without moving forward; turning the steering from side to side just activates one screw or the other. They don't really move backwards much in Reverse, but they make a funny gurgling sound that my daughter finds hilarious. They're only 9 inches (23cm) long, smaller than I expected.Important: When done playing, IMMEDIATELY open them to air them out and remove the batteries. The insides WILL, at a minimum, condense any air that got inside into water; they're clearly not the most waterproof boats in the ocean. I recommend (per the manual) mopping up any obvious liquid with a paper towel after use; Q-tips are handy. Do NOT leave the dessicant packs inside; those will draw even more water in them.As you can expect by the low price, the materials are REALLY cheap. We've had them less than 24 hours, and already one of the rudders is bent, and the button that turns the lights on and off on one controller is messed up. You can also smell burnt plastic when you first open them up and get them out of the water.PRO TIP: There is nothing preventing you from putting the orange boat's top on the blue boat, or the blue boat's top on the orange boat. Use this advice with discretion and with an eye toward your local laws.

Fun for hours
Great value! These YEETFTC RC boats are waterproof, brightly lit, and have a decent range. The rechargeable battery makes it eco-friendly, and the low battery alarm is thoughtful. Suitable for lakes, pools, or bathtubs. Kids and even adults will enjoy hours of water-based fun. Highly recommended!

This thing has a range of less than 6ft.
The media could not be loaded. Took this to thing to the local reservoir and it literally stopped working after going out for less than 6 ft. No water got in, these things were above water the whole time. Look at the video, for more than $40, this is unacceptable! My kids were extremely disappointed and so was I

Fun little boats!
These little boats really move right along and the range is quite far. They last longer than the 30 minutes the directions say. We are on a large lake and even with the waves they don't tip over and go very well. There is an alarm on the remote that sounds when the battery is getting low so it's easy to get it back and retrieve it. We had several people ask where we got them because their kids thought they were the coolest thing! The only downside is that both remotes are identical and they don't say which is for what boat. I put a piece of tape on the sides and wrote orange and blue so they wouldn't get confused. I would definitely buy them again.

A lot of fun but lack of water seal makes them not last long.
These are fun and cheap but don’t last long. I think they lasted maybe 5 total hours of runtime before the insides were rusted enough to where the wires were all corroded and the engines were locked up. But they were a lot of fun while they lasted. I just don’t think I would have bought them if I would have known how long they would last.

Lake Days Just Got Way More Fun for the Kids
I got this 2-pack of RC boats to keep my kids entertained while we’re out on the lake — and they were a total hit! They’re super easy to use, even for my younger one, and I love that both boats can race each other at the same time without any signal issues. The LED lights look so cool on the water at night — the kids were obsessed. I was impressed with how fast they go and how well they turn (they’re actually kind of addicting to play with, even for us adults 😄). Battery life was solid too — we got a good chunk of playtime before needing to recharge, and the low battery alarm is such a smart touch. Plus, they’re totally waterproof, which is a must with all the splashing that happens on the boat. Great little buy for summer fun — definitely recommend if you’ve got water-loving kids like mine! 🚤☀️
