I was looking for something to protect the surface of my teenage daughters bedside unit from getting ruined. She's always got some sort of project going on and leaves glue and paint sitting about. Her favourite colour is blue so when i saw these mats were available in several colours I had a look and bought a shade of blue that would go with her room. These mats are perfect for a variety of things. The fact that they're waterproof means that any spills sit on the mats can be easily cleaned. They don't slip about, since I put them onto her unit they haven't moved. They are sturdy and strong so they'll last for years. There's always stains on them so I use a damp cloth and a multi purpose spray and they clean up even the dirtiest of stains. As you can see in the photos there's a dirty mark which was easy to wash off. Although they're not being used as a desk mat I've found they're perfect for what i needed, but I can tell they'd work really well as a desk mat for anyone else in the family who would need one. If they do I'll buy another one of these.

Very cute and exactly what I needed. Nice colour that is accurate to the images, though the edges of the mat feel a little more rounded than pictured - no problem for me but might be a frustration for some feels thick and heavy duty, doesn't feel cheap! good value for what you get. the feel of the mouse is satisfying and smooth, and is comfortable to rest your wrists on. the only reason I'm eating 4/5 is because it has a bit of a strong smell. hoping this will die down but it is distracting to work with this smell

It's great for a table mat but not as a mouse mat. The texture is pretty good and I think it have good stain resistant as I put some water on it and it just sliding on it. But it is not very sturdy as I put it on a IKEA table but it slide until I put something heavy on it. And when I testing it as a mouse pad, I discovered that the mouse move smoother on my desk than moving on the mat, so if you are looking for a mouse pad, I don't recommend it.
