My dog HATES fireworks! I didn't read on box that you give one day B4 and one day off so I gave her one in AM and then sprinkled on her good @ 4pm. She was very calm but not sedated. No panting and crawling all over me. Wish I had enough notice on FL thunderstorms so I could use for that too.

I’d give these a 3.75/5 stars. This stuff does work for both of my cats, BUT there are a few things to note: 1) I use this product on an as-needed basis, NOT as a daily or regular thing. My initial need for it was to keep my 5 month old kittens calm while they recovered from surgery. 2) One of my cats (who is a picky eater) hated this stuff on her food so much she stopped eating her wet food after I put this in it once. I am still able to give it to her, but have to put it in sardines or something that’s a “special treat” or she will not eat it. My non-picky eater doesn’t have an issue eating this mixed in with her wet food as long as I mix the powder in. 3) For about 15-20 minutes after my cats eat this, they get extra hyper, almost like a “burst” of extra energy - I’m not sure if that has solely to do with the medication, but I do think it adds to it. Once they settled down, though, they are noticeably calmer for several hours. 4) I only give each of my cat up to half a capsule at a time/per day & that works well for them.

This is the best stuff! Really calms my old dog down. He sleeps well and doesn’t wake up grogg. I’ve recommended to others.

Seems to help Kevin. He has been calmer. Pull pill apart and sprinkle on his food eats it no problem.
