Really handy heat belt! I like that it's portable, so I can use it at home or while going about my day. It's comfortable to wear and provides soothing warmth around the abdomen and lower back. The design is practical, and it's nice not having to hold a heating pad in place. A useful little gadget to have, especially when you want some extra comfort during the day.

Bought this for my daughter who suffers every month with cramps, and after it being recommended by one of my students. This was used for the first time by my daughter last week. She said that it relieved her cramps to the point that she fell asleep wearing it by mistake, however, when she woke in the morning, it had ran out of battery, which was probably for the best as it had left a burn mark on her stomach!! She will continue to use this as she said it helped but she will only use this during the day where she can monitor and see if it marks again.

Very good gift for your partner or to get for yourself you’re a female. My partner finds it very useful whenever she’s on her period and says it helps with her pains. It also seems quite comfortable and it’s very straight forward to use and charge. Also has an adjustable strap for adjustment

I never even knew there were wearable heating pads and this is a huge staple in our household. Period Cramps? No problem. Put this on, just make sure there is a thin barrier like your underwear in between the device and your skin. I learned the hard way because I had it directly on my skin and it discolored my skin (I think I fell asleep with it). That’s the only reason for my 4 star rating versus 5 stars. The hottest setting does get very hot but still wearable with that barrier. It does last a long time with a full charge. And the best part is usually nobody knows I’m wearing it unless I tell them.
