I hydrate every morning with this in 24oz of clean water (not tap) along with my homemade vegan protein smoothies and I don’t ever need coffee! I also use a half tab in the afternoon around 4 with more clean water to help me make it to bedtime! These tablets dissolve entirely into the water and you don’t have to re-stir like with Scratch.

Little boost!
I'm sensitive to caffeine, and these are great when I need a little something at lunch or in the afternoon. A cup of coffee or a soda would keep me up until 4am if I had it at noon, but one tablet gives me a little boost without pushing my bedtime back hours.

Dilution Helps
Overall good taste. I actually put it in 32-40 oz of water and I feel the taste was just right. The added caffeine was a plus. Did have a minor chemical taste but better than the other Gu flavor
