Little boost!

I'm sensitive to caffeine, and these are great when I need a little something at lunch or in the afternoon. A cup of coffee or a soda would keep me up until 4am if I had it at noon, but one tablet gives me a little boost without pushing my bedtime back hours.

Overall good taste. I actually put it in 32-40 oz of water and I feel the taste was just right. The added caffeine was a plus. Did have a minor chemical taste but better than the other Gu flavor
