Actually works! It goes on kind of thick but absorbs into your skin very well. Not sticky. Has helped my arthritic hands and knees.

I have been obsessed with this product since 2012 when I worked in the spa Barbara (the woman who made this brand) ran. It helped my back (car accident issues) so many times over the years I can’t use anything else!!! Takes away bruising (I’m an ankle sprainer), relaxes muscles and many other issues. I can’t recommend this enough!

This works very well for muscle pain. Just purchased for the 4th time.

Judging the ingredients being Arnica, magnesium and Menthol, I expected a pain relieving, soothing, yet the refreshing, pain subduing cream. I didn’t become aware of a menthol scent and the pain relief was minor. But that is not to say that it may not help someone else with less severe neuropathy .Ruth D.

I was unsure how it will wrk when I tried it but it indeed works very well. I use it when I have minor pain in my hands and it gets rid of that in a jiffy! will definitely keep buying.

Thought this would work better then the ordinary arnica gel but it didn’t. Will stay with the less expensive arnica gel

I gave it 5 stars because it allows me to go up and down the stairs much, much more comfortably which means a lot to me because we have a two story home. I found that it works best if it is applied in the morning and at night. I find that it is soothing for back pain, it absorbs quickly, it smells good, and it lasts a long time. For me, it is a good product.
