Pésima calidad del producto, cero atención del vendedor y de Amazon.
El teléfono empezó a fallar apenas cumplido el mes de uso. El vendedor no da señales de vida cuando se le pide la factura para solicitar la garantía del producto con Samsung y Amazon se lava las manos diciendo que ellos no pueden hacer nada, que hay que hablar con el vendedor.

En la compra decía liberado y resultó que no lo puedo usar con mi número que es Telcel probé con el chip de mi hijo que es t&,t y si funciona pero mi chip es Telcel 🤷!!! No lo he podido usar 🤷
