Less migraines
Migraine help. I started taking this on a daily basis a while ago when I read that it helps with migraines I can honestly say I personally have had less migraines. Knock on wood is a great value for the money. The pill size isn’t bad and there is no taste. I will never let my self run out of this.

Easy to take!
I take for a migraine disorder and I always must have on hand. This is my go-to brand that I trust and the quality delivers. Pill size is small and easy to take with water or applesauce. No harsh taste at all. Great product.

Great for my Migraines
I was taking 4 seperate pills daily for Migraines control. It Is so nice to only take one. My monthly migraines fell down to only a couple a year with these. It is a quality of life changer

Lower Dose Riboflavin From A Great Company
Riboflavin has a variety of benefits, including helping with nerve issues. I take some every morning. This is good riboflavin, but the labeling is sketchy. There is only 100 mg of riboflavin per pill. So, it's not 400 mg. That is the amount contained in 4 pills. I prefer the lower dose, but some may want more. Also, these tablets are dusty and riboflavin is very bright and yellow-orange. Be careful what you touch afterward. This company is a great company, minus the labeling stuff. Carlyle tests their products and you can always count on them.
