The whole notion of sandbag workouts is a revelation. And the Brute Force Athlete Sandbag is a fantastic expression of that revelation!! Having worked out with Garage Fit sandbag, which is a pretty nice product, I had a bit of basis for comparison. I chose the Brute Force based on the nature of some of the reviews, and also some of the design features (and yes, I'm provincial enough such that it being a Colorado product was a factor in my purchase decision, albeit a minor one). When it arrived it was OBVIOUS that it was an extremely well made bag - both the main bag and the sand bags themselves. The velcro on the sandbags is in itself an "olympic event" just to get them open. That is extremely important, of course, because their ability to retain the sand is hugely important. I have worked out with the Brute Force Athlete Sandbag twice, and it is AWESOME!! The different handle types, and their different placements around the bag make this an extremely versatile workout tool. You will not be disappointed with this product. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is truly outstanding.

I just want to start off by saying im in Law Enforcement and a specialized unit. Physical condition is a big priority in me doing my job duties. I was reading about sandbag workouts online and how well they condition your body for everyday task. I did a little research and came across this bag the price seemed a little steep but I believe in buy once cry once. When this bag showed up and I took it out of the package I noticed the quality right away the canvas type material they use is very strong and the bladders are made of the same material and they close by a flap that Velcros and then flips again and Velcros once more. I have tossed thrown dropped stepped on this bag with no sighs of wear or sand coming out at all. The zippers are the good ykk zippers so you know they will last the life of the bag. If you go directly to their website I think they offer discounts to law enforcement and public safety. i highly recommend this bag and these workouts are extremity hard.

I needed to level up my weights and kettlebells are my favorite... Until you need a heavier bell. I wanted something that have me functional exercises and provided a scalable solution for more weight without breaking the bank.Sandbags do this. As much as I love KBs, this is giving me a better workout. I don't see myself going to them for a while.For durability, I don't see this breaking as I slam it down on lamented floors. It might wear faster on concrete. For indoor use, the material feels like it will provide years of service.I see myself getting two more bags, one for really weak muscle groups and one for the super strong groups. I will definitely get this brand a d recommend them to anyone who wants to murder fat and gain functional balance.

I purchased this bag for a good friend of mine whose previous sandbag was leaking and falling apart. I’m a seamstress and he had been asking me to sew up various holes. He is very rough with his bag and he needs something durable and well made. After researching... I found Brute Force. Not the cheapest bag in the market but well worth it! Extremely well made! I workout at home . This product is a great addition to my home gym by providing numerous exercise options that can be performed in a challenging and efficient manner . This is a great piece of equipment if you are interested in improving your functional strength while improving your overall fitness level.

This sandbag is expensive, but worth every penny. It's built like a tank. I'm not an athletic guy and I've gone through a lot of fitness equipment, but there's something about this bag that has me coming back for more, even after I get obliterated by the Brute Force supplied WODs. All you need is this bag, a pullup bar or suspension trainer (recommended if, like me, you can't do a pullup or many pushups - do rows instead of pullups and do your pushups on an angle) and the Brute Force app to get the workouts every day and you're set - instant home gym. What are you waiting for - buy it!

Holds up to workouts for at least a year, travels easy and can be used several different ways. I like the way the movements use functional muscles. A wise fireman once told me there’s a big difference between working and working out!

Overall bag is very sturdy, handles are in perfect spots. Only complaint is the bag was supposed to be able to hold 80lbs. I can only fit 58 lbs. It makes it very stiff at that weight. If you are trying to go for heavy weight go with the biggest one.
