I bought this after my physical therapist used it on me for a pinched nerve and I was impressed with the results. I’ve been using the plain silicone cups prior to this, and had never been impressed with the results/relief. Amazing quality even more amazing price! I love that the case keeps everything neat and organized. Highly recommend.

My back and neck was in excruciating pain as well as pain radiating down my arm. Medication was not helping. I ordered this kit on a whim and after one use I was feeling some relief. I did keep it on for 30 mins which is longer than recommended. I am still in pain but it is now a dull pain and a little more manageable.

I was so excited to receive an additional set of cups as a massage therapist — however these are terrible. They barely hold a suction. 2 stars for the nice case and cord that allows you to cup your own back. Buy cups elsewhere.
