EAG Jack Roll Bar Mounting Bracket Fit for 1976-2018 Wrangler CJ YJ TJ JK

When I first received this, I really didn't think it would work on our 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ if the top was on. And it looked like it was just going to be sitting at a strange angle once installed. Thought I'd give it a try, but believed I'd be sending it back. There were a couple of awkward starts at the installation, but it ended up just perfect! We have the Hi Life 48" Jack and this mount is just right for rear roll bar installation. It doesn't impact the top, is very sturdy and holds the jack firmly in place. No rattling / no shifting. If you have a 48" Hi Lift and a Wrangler (LJ at least), this is the mount for you!

This mount is great and fit perfectly under the bestop supertop soft top back window I have on my YJ (48” hi lift jack, any larger and it might start getting a little tight). Sturdy and the hook around the roll bar is covered in a foamy rubber that eliminates any shaking or vibration. Attaches with a twistable locking mechanism that makes tightening it up a breeze. Get the hi lift handle keeper for added vibe elimination too. Overall 5/5

Easy to follow instructions. Easy to install. Two people may be required due to the weight of the Jack when attaching the brackets the first time. But it works exactly as expected. The brackets are heavy-duty and have a great finish.If I could ask for two improvements, I'd ask for one of the bolts to be a "static Pin" so that putting the Jack back in later would be easier than fumbling with the bolts. This would keep the jack in place while putting in the bolt, the other wish would be to have at least one of the knobs be a "key locking knob".

Pretty easy install on 2001 jeep tj. After a trip through the sand dunes it held the jack in place.

Sturdy! Just what I needed a bit if a pain to install with the top on. But I got it. Should work good enough to keep my jack out of the elements.

This was a bit difficult to install around the roll cage padding but was worth the effort. On a personal note, I would not have bought a Hi-Lift jack if it had to be mounted on the outside of the vehicle. I've been running this off road for a couple of weeks and it's out of the weather and out of my way. The jack being inside can be very rattly but there are a thousand fixes for that so I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This was a perfect alternative to the hood mounted jack. The product arrived quickly which all things considered is rare right now. It was simple with good instructions and was installed with in minutes. It came with a jack/handle isolator which was a nice bonus and the jack mounted solid and secure. I would definitely recommend this in a heart beat.

Easy install then drove 10hrs to Colorado. Spent 13 days driving around, including off roading (rough country). 10hr back home and never once had to tighten things down. Solid as can be!
