The best for lactation support!
I have tried other brands of brewers yeast that claims to not be bitter and all of them were still extremely bitter. I saw this brand and decided to give it a try I’m so glad I did! I add this to my lactation bars and smoothies and can’t taste it which is exactly what I was looking for. I will forever recommend this brand to everyone I know and will continue buying it for myself!

Good value, helps boost a bit
I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker, but it does boost your production enough to make a small difference. I was getting about 2 to 3 more ounces when I pumped after eating in a smoothie. It has an off taste, but its easy to get used to.

Works within 24 hours. Distinct taste. Like sour peanut butter.
My baby turned eight months and due to adding in solids my milk supply started to dwindle. She would become fussy at the breast because delayed let down and lack of supply. I have been using this product for 3 days now. I have not become engorged but I have noticed a difference in her feeding patterns. She was only feeding for 2 minutes on each breast or less with the normal struggle before the let down kicked in now my letdown is like a 5 Seconds or immediate and she went from 2 minutes feeding to five or six on each. I can now also hear her swallowing so I'd assume there is an increase. I only pump 3 days a week but I used to pump like 2 bottles morning before solids and would be engorged. Lately its went down to 1 (3oz each). I will pump to see if I pump two or more. I noticed a small increase in supply within 24 hours. During morning feedings I also am leaking again from breast not being nursed while nursing. So I would say it works. I don't like the taste however, it taste like a nasty sour peanut butter and the taste lingers. it's not terrible but definitely has a taste. I add it to milkshakes and smoothies.

Great for lactation cookies
I was starting to stress about my milk supply when my son was like a month and a half old and was already drinking 5oz bottles 7 times a day. I’m a half pumper half breast feeder and I’m sure most of you know what it feels like to think you aren’t feeding your baby enough. With the formula shortage going on right now the idea of even thinking of switching or supplementing wasn’t even an option for me so I started taking Honest brand lactation pills and started making a batch of cookies a week which I found the best oatmeal chocolate chip recipe for and I eat maybe 2-4 cookies a day right now and it has increased my milk supply substantially. I went from pumping about an 1 1/2ounces to 2 ounces out of each boob every pump to pumping over 3 ounces a boob every time. In the mornings now I pump almost a solid 10 to 12 ounces! I do also drink a gallon of water a day on top of that which helps but I’ve noticed a drastic difference in my supplies since I started making these cookies with this brewers yeast. I use 5 tablespoons in the recipe and I don’t taste it one bit and that’s a good amount for just one batch. Great purchase especially since I got the 2 pound bag and I make about a batch every week to week and a half
