This has great flavor and is easier to tolerate than one of the name brand fiber drinks which starts with an M and tastes like orange chalky grit. I drink this nearly every morning before anything else, and it is easy to handle and keeps me regular.

This Psyllium Husk powder is great. Easy to use, taste great. Texture is smooth and goes down great. Does work when you are constipated and need help. Highly recommend. Will buy again.

This is the best psyllium husk out there! Mixes well and thickens quickly, so drink fast with LOTS of additional water. It's a great value for the money. I'm on a GLP-1, and this can help with feeling full. I take first thing in the morning - and include some slippery elm bark powder so it moves through my system the easiest. I might not do this more than once a day.

The product has a mild Lemon flavor. The texture: if allowed to sit in water for about a minute is not as granular.
