Wife’s top sauce for a non hot sauce individual
Good job yellowbird. This is a pretty good one for us. My wife uses this on pretty much on everything that uses hot sauce. This is her preferred choice. You get this nice Serrano flavoring without an extreme amount of heat. It adds kind of a nice I would say sweeter side to the hot sauce, but does bring a bold flavor of that Serrano forward. I’m a big hot sauce guy and yeah, I would add this to my top 10 list. The flavor is great and like I said it does have that little bit of sweetness so maybe not add a lot but I’m one that’ll use half a bottle of hot sauce if I’m feeling adventurous. And that sweetness could just be coming from the cucumbers. I have no idea. I’m not a chef. I don’t make hot sauce. No idea how it works. I just know it This bottle size was decent and I enjoyed how much came from it. Please know that Walmart sells the yellow bird brand, but it is the smaller bottles for now. It is really good in a chicken chili. I’m not sure if the price is good or not. I honestly don’t pay attention to that. I see a hot sauce. If I’m gonna buy hot sauce anyway I’m just gonna buy it. I’m not gonna sit here and price check through a bunch of different ones and different sizes. I’m just gonna get the hot sauce I’m looking for and be done with it. So I’m unsure if the price is good or not I just go with it and I’m OK with buying it.

my favorite hot sauce for flavor
i am a big fan of hot sauces, and have been throughout my 55+ years of cooking...this is my current favorite...it is mild enough to go with everything...when i want more heat, i use this for the flavor and add their habanero or ghost pepper version, but this is my daily go-to......i go through a large bottle every month...love, love, love the flavor of this.

Excellent for breakfast!
Excellent sauce. Great on eggs! Serranos provide a not too spicy but flavorful sauce!

Delicious, good on most everything.
i love this stuff so much, not much it's not good on. There is a warning that color and hotness may vary. The 2 big bottles I got here were pretty consistent in hotness. I got 2 smaller bottles from walmart and one was pretty mild, still tasted good though. Definitely my favorite sauce but I'm still new.
