I put this product on front door full length side panels: I absolutely LOVE this privacy film. It is beautiful in the sun with a soft bit of coloring inside when the sun shines through. Its soft taupe color turns a beautiful darker color while a hint of the flowers shine delicately against it in the evenings darkness. From outside during the day it is dark, almost black in appearance but has a reflective appeal to it. When I tried to look in, could barely make out what was inside, and I stuck my face right up to the glass. Lights on in the evening, it lightens up, but, you can barely see shadows and the floral silhouettes again, shine through but ever so slightly. It was exaxtly what hooed for based on the description, which was spot on. Pro: 100% easy to apply. Con: There is none I can see. Outdoor pic had some lights hitting it, but you can get the idea of its appearance. These pics are not as pretty as seeing it live.

Gorgeous! I used it in my cube at work and I get lots of compliments. It is subtle, but elegant, and prettier in person than in the pictures. I love the rainbow effect it gets from the light. I can see silhouettes of people passing my cube, but I still have enough privacy to focus. I did not want to completely block out seeing outside of my cube, because I don't have any windows either. So this was perfect, because I can still see movement around me, but I don't feel isolated from the world in my cube. It was easy to apply, and easy to make adjustments, since you're only using water and not glue.

This is such a pretty window film. It was not to hard to put up by myself (26F) and it works perfectly for privacy from the neighbors who like to hang outside (I live in an apartment), so its also renter friendly it peels right up since its not sticky. I would say it blocks light from coming in but it has such a pretty rainbow effect when light shines on it that it doesnt matter to me. There are a couple things your gonna need for this that they do not provide which is 1. Something to measure the window before you buy the product so you make sure you have enough of the film for your window and that your buying right length so your not cutting multiple peices and trying to peice the film together. Also so you can measure the film and cut it once you receive it. 2. A exacto knife/box cuter to cut the film. 3. Something to cut the film on so your not scratching your counter or carpet I bought a poster board. 4. A spray bottle to spray the window with soap & water so the film sticks. 3. A scraper/something to get all the air bubbles out I didn't have one so I just cut up some square peices of sturdy card board I had and that worked perfect, I had to use two and it didnt scatch the film at all so id say its pretty scratch resistant. These were all the supplies I needed to put the window film up. I didn't realize this product didn't come with some of these items since another one I bought (must have been from a different brand) came with the knife, spray bottle and scraper though I lost the scraper. So just makes sure you have these on hand. I would definitely buy this product again!

This rabbitgoo window privacy film works well for adding privacy while still allowing natural light into the room. The reflective black and silver finish gives the windows a modern look and helps reduce sunlight and heat. Installation was fairly easy, although getting a perfectly smooth application took some patience to avoid small bubbles. I also like that it is removable, making it a convenient option for renters or temporary use. The material feels durable and provides good coverage for the price. Overall, a good window film with effective privacy and heat reduction, but installation could be a little easier.

The film was 1st install attempt and it went with no major hiccups. The instructions were easy to follow and the included tools worked well. The film quality was excellent; it covered well and provided the privacy desired. I purchased more to install for my sister

I managed to apply this film myself on my windows, the largest one measures 42" x 30". I did the side ones first because if I mess up, the screen will cover my faults. And sure enough, I did mess up a little. A couple of tips to make your install faster 1. Clean the windows really well because any speck of dust will be stuck there forever 2. Spray lots of water before applying film 3. Easier if you do it with a partner, specially the peeling off the film from the clear layer. If you do it on your own, it'll roll on its own and then the film will get a crease that will be visible on the window 4. When doing the edges, take a ruler and press against the edge so you get a nice straight edge. If you free hand, it will be certainly not come out straight. 5. A squeegee is not included, so use a soft rubber one, not your credit card or a hard plastic that will scratch the film. Use windex (easier) or water with the squeegee. 6. When done, look at the window from the outside to find large water spots From the photos, you can see that during the day you can see outside but it has a mirror finish from the outside. During nighttime, the reverse is true. The inside has a mirror finish and the outside can view inside the house. Because I work next to this large window, I got a lot of sunlight and made it uncomfortable. Now, it stays very nice, cool, and much darker.

This stuff is AMAZING. I got it for my sliding glass door in my house and it was so incredibly easy to put up. I didn’t need anyone else to help, it didn’t cling to itself like i was told the car tint at the grocery store would do. I picked up an $8 tint kit that came with an empty bottle, a solution to pour in the bottle and dilute with water, a cloth to clean the window, a plastic scrapper type thing and this big thick rubber piece that i used more than anything because it helped get all the bubbles to disappear. I ended up just overlapping the tint and it looked fine but if you want to line it up perfectly to cover your entire window then that shouldnt be too difficult, i have a slight crease from the two rolls overlapping but if you dont want that then it’s extremely easy to have your tint crease free. Its very dark and im pretty confident it will help keep my south florida condo’s living room nice and cool through this extremely hot summer thats about to start. I highly recommend this and im extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The product works as expected! I use it in my sunroom, and it reduces the room temperature by half and provides great privacy when the sun is out. However, I do say it is hard to apply if this is your first time, and it is easy to mess up, leaving streak marks that make it permanent. In addition, if they provide a tool to smooth the film, it would be a great addition to the product. Overall, I like it, and I would buy more if needed and recommend it to others.

Die Folie soll uns im Schlafzimmer vor neugierigen Blicken der Nachbarn schützen. Ich wollte auf gar keinen Fall irgendwelche Gardinen. Die Folie war super leicht abzubringen. Man muss sich natürlich an die Anleitung halten, dann ist es ganz schnell erledigt. Und sie sieht wirklich toll aus. Um es noch einfacher zu machen erhielt ich vorab vom Hersteller eine sehr gute deutsche Anleitung. Die Lieferung erfolgte ebenso sehr schnell. Ich freue mich sehr über diese Entscheidung und gebe eine 100%ihr Kaufempfehlung.

On l'a acheté un peu pour voir, et avec une petite appréhension sur la capacité réelle de ce film a atteindre un double objectif : - Empêcher les personnes passant devant nos fenêtres du rez de chaussée de voir à l'intérieur, en particulier lorsque les lampes sont allumées. - Et ceci tout en diminuant le moins possible la luminosité apportée par les fenêtres. En résumé : ça fonctionne très bien. Le film est de qualité, peu épais, mais le motif et le travail qui est fait sur cette matière permettent effectivement de ne rien laisser voir de l'extérieur. Que ce soit à distance ou en collant l'œil à différents endroits, on ne perçoit rien de cohérent. Le traitement apporté au film, en plus du motif lui-même, provoque une espèce de diffraction de la lumière qui empêche de voir, même à partir des zones "translucides" du motif. Les effets de couleur sur les photos proviennent d'ailleurs de cette diffraction de la lumière; le film lui-même est incolore. Pour ce qui concerne la pose : - pas d'adhésif d'aucune sorte, et donc aucun problème pour le retirer et le repositionner si nécessaire (personnellement je ne vois pas pourquoi on devrait y toucher, mais bon ... En tous cas lors de la pose, ça rend les choses plus faciles) - la pose est simple : on vaporise une eau un peu savonneuse sur la vitre, on retire le film de protection, on pose, et on prend bien soin d'enlever les bulles d'air avec une raclette (qui n'est pas fournie avec, je précise) Bien entendu il peut s'avérer nécessaire de découper le film au préalable, selon les dimensions de la fenêtre. Des ciseaux ou un cutter suffisent... il faut juste couper droit :) Les points négatifs : ... Aucun pour le moment. La seule chose à considérer est la durée d'adhérence, qu'il faudra juger au fil du temps, et en fonction peut-être du climat extérieur. Cela étant, et même s'il se décolle au bout de plusieurs mois, et bien il suffira de vaporiser à nouveau et de le repositionner :) En bref et pour ce qui nous concerne : un excellent produit, solide, bien conçu, facilement manipulable, qui a même amélioré la luminosité à l'intérieur en permettant de laisser ouverts les rideaux qui servaient à cacher la vue de l'extérieur (pour le salon) , et à supprimer les stores de la cuisine.

Depuis que j'ai installé ce film occultant sur ma fenêtre de salle de bain, je n'ai plus systématiquement besoin de fermer les volets pour que mes voisins ne me voient pas. Il est très très facile à poser, et ne bouge plus. Je l'ai mis il y a de nombreux mois maintenant, même avec l'humidité et les vapeurs d'eau de ma salle de bain il ne s'est pas décollé. Le motif est très beau et permet ainsi de joindre l'utile à l'agréable.

There is only about 15 feet between my house and the neighbour's house one set of my kitchen windows face my neighbour's bathroom and bedroom windows. Privacy and sunlight is a greatly desired thing, since we moved in we've used the white heavy PVC slatted window blinds which are always closed. Kitchen was a dark/dim, closed in room even though it receives the bright morning sun. Ordered this product out of desperation. WOW! what a difference it has made, my kitchen is so bright and inviting now with a ton of privacy. Plus the temp control and prisms are a bonus. With the hot sun shinning on window, I placed my hand next to window and air temp was ambient to the rest of the house. No more excessive sun generating heat coming in. LOVE IT! Install was relatively easy, just remember to remove the clear back lining from window film. Highly recommend watching "Gila window film product installation and matching methods". I did the install by my self with no problems. Hint: measure twice, cut/trim once and enjoy. OH YEAH, my concern with product was that it would not stay in place on window and peal/lift off window from cooking steam that accumulates on kitchen windows, this product has stood up to this challenge as well. No lifting, peeling or bubbles. Thank-you Rabitgoo for giving me back a bright cheery kitchen and our privacy to boot with such a reliable product.
