OS Home and Office Dog Box

I am pleased with the dog box but I have concerns. Three of the metal pieces for the windows had fallen out of their openings during transport. I put them back in place without issues. However, I am concerned they won't stay. I likely should have put a few staples in to keep them in place. A dog could easily pull them inside, but I won't be using this as a training crate. Also, it had a very strong chemical odor when I unpacked it. It smelled the house up so I put it outside for a week to air out. The smell was gone then. Putting it together went smoothly except for the top. One of the holes didn't seem to line up and was a challenge to get in. Also, the holes for the hinges didn't line up, but the wood is soft enough that it wasn't difficult to screw in. Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend it. I hope those metal pieces stay in place!

It looks very pretty! Only big enough for a 30 pound ish dog. Disappointed because some of the wood is cracked when I opened it up fresh out of the box. One of the window design pieces won’t stay in. It will be nice for just leaving the door open and my dog using it as she pleases but I’m afraid she will get out if I try to lock her in and leave. Since the window bar won’t stay in well

This is a very nice piece! My only complaint is the smell! The odor is so bad it makes my doxie sick every time I put him in it. He is 5 years old and has been crate trained since a pup. Never had an issue with him but as soon as I started using this he gets sick. The only thing I can come up with is the odor is so bad and so strong it is making him sick. Very disappointing.

It looks like it could be a nice box! Mine came broken in three places. Both sides were broken and the bottom piece had the corners ripped apart. To try and ship back would be a nitemare, very heavy! Lucky I am pretty handy, had to disassemble both sides and reglue! Have airgun to put back together! Know idea how this could have got sent out this way, what kind of quality control is going on with this company!

we received our crates / end tables ( 2 of them ) .. and i have fallen in love with them . very well made .. sturdy... i love them and would recommend to anyone it's worth its money .

This is the best thing ever. Easy to put together and strong. So attractive. I am going to buy another one

We would have gave it a 5, but it is completely busted up. We had to wood glue 3 of the 5 pieces. We would have returned, but we’ve got a puppy that needs a bed, so we opted to fix it ourselves. I am praying it works because I LOVE the design, wood color, and destressed look!! I’m sure it would be a quality piece; had we received it in the correct condition. So sad!
