OSCEsmart - 50 medical student OSCEs in ENT & Opthalmology: Vignettes, histories and mark schemes for your finals.

Sloppily constructed
Sloppily put together. ENT histories barely match with the differentials which is often just an extensive list of every condition under the sun. Also, in the “tips” section at the end of each ENT OSCE it says to rule out acoustic neuroma in unilateral symptoms.. but has no reference to the OSCE being unilateral so practically pointless repeating it time and time again.Bizarre so many people helped write this book yet my 6 year old niece could write better stations and she practically spends her life drawing pictures of dogs.Anyway, use it to brainstorm differentials and run through potential questions in your head. Ignore their diagnosis and (lack of) management plans.

Highly recommend
Really realistic Vignettes which can be encountered in ED, GP and of course ENT placements, very quick read with helpful revision tips for osces and MCQs. Highly recommend it
