Bite Block broke first time used
Arms seem fine, but bite block broke first time it was used when placing film in holder. Snapped right off.

Brittle plastic
As far as all the parts go, everythig was there. I got this to study for dental assisting school. Plastic is a little brittle. One of the bite tabs broke very soon after reciving. Not using any part on a patient. Just for study.
