Bosch429329 PUSH BUTTON SET

It is silver and not white. Like it should be. Easy to replace the broken panel. Used the old switches.

I had to replace just one missing push button on the Bosch dishwasher, in a home I recently bought, I so ordered these - They came in a plastic bag, with no instructions, which seemed fine, as they all looked pretty much the same. However, when I set one of them into the space on the fascia where the original was missing - it was crooked, and leaned out of alignment with the other original buttons! I tried all the buttons and in different spaces, but nothing seemed to work, so I then ordered another set from a different supplier, (this time, only 3 buttons for ~ $20, but they were "genuine OEM", so thought that might be the issue with the 1st set). These also came in a plastic bag with no information or instructions. And at first it none of them seemed right, so frustrating! Not the type to give up, I puzzled over this, and I finally noticed the very very faint, gray on gray, small raised letters (X,Y,Z) on the back of the buttons, and also on the inside of the fascia (XYZ, and ABCDE) where they sat - and realized that the letters on the buttons needed to match the letters on the fascia, even though they all look almost exactly alike! (check out the picture of this product - can you tell the difference?) So, I ended up sending back the 2nd set I bought, which will cost me the return fee of $3, or more, if they charge me a restocking fee!! As an aside, I'd like to note that (having checked prices not only on these, but also for the fascia of this dishwasher) is that Bosch takes advantage of their customers by putting cheap plastic, easily broken parts & poorly engineered on their products, then charging outrageous prices. Nice secondary source of income for them! Americans need and deserve consumer protection against these shoddy practices!

Delivery was great and the parts fir perfectly.

Save yourself a couple of hours on the installation! Each grey button has a faint letter on the back which matches a faint letter on the back of the face plate. If you put them in backwards (like I did) they won't work! I kept them in the same order I took them out, but when I installed them, it was from the back and so they were in the opposite order. Just check to make sure the letters match. I would never have been able to do it without following a youtube video (many times) from AppliancePartsPro. Just go to youtube and put the term " Bosch 665887 PANEL-FACIA " in the search bar. The short video will include the button replacement. Good luck!
