I really really love my machine, do not be scared of this machine because it’s considered a budget machine, I’ve used it so much and it works beautifully!

I love my EOX. I call it OX because it's so strong. It stitches quickly and steadily. It's going very well with the help of the techs at Poolin. Kevin is a genius. He never gives up and can figure anything I throw at him. Follow your tech's recommendation and you will be happy at the results. I can honestly say whenever I had an issue it's been resolved by Kevin. Just be open to the directions because they are the professionals. So happy I made the leap to this machine. The price is better them the industry's comparable. It comes with every thing you need to get started on your with this machine. The poolin techs will hold your hand throughout the journey. they will help you during the purchase and setup. You are not alone. After you've got everything running well, if you need additional help their Facebook group/messenger is available.

Not a machine for beginners. Sais it has digitizing but relies on free apps that i can't seem to function. So you either pay for your custom images ti get digitized or spring for a price software package. Other then that the unit seems built to last and the packing method for shipment was the best crate system I have ever seen.

I researched several machines before I purchased. I already had a one needle Poolin embroidery machine and loved it so I bought this one! I am so glad I did. The customer service is amazing. I had a few things that I needed help with (operator error) and Kai Tang walked me through and sent me videos to watch to help fix my problems (again operator error)! This machine is worth it! I can’t wait to get my business going enough to purchase another one! The quality and value is superb! Threading is very easy. The size is perfect to fit where I needed it to go in my area. Poolin for the win!

Oh my gosh what a bargain this machine is. I have been in the market to replace my old flat bed Embroidery Machine and wanted something I could more easily do clothing and hats which you can't do very well on a flat bed machine. I was finding used machines for a little less than this new machine. This Machine provides so many additional extra supplies, the 15 needles, open free arm features I was looking at an amazing price. It is super heavy weight so it will take 2-3 people to get it moved where you want, (We used a Garden Cart or you can use a 4 wheel dolly to make it easier to roll into the space you want) It comes with a great tool kit, 54 spools of thread, sample stabilizers of different kinds, two sets of T-shirt Hoops, and two sets of hat hoops included, it comes with it's own stand and everything you need to get started. Machines of this caliber would be double the cost at a dealer. The crate it was shipped in was also very well packed and a solid wood shipping container. I have still been learning the machine but have stitched out a couple items as practice. There was no installation manual to put it together but it was pretty straight forward, the book it comes with explains how to embroider items but it does not show how to hoop your items, or installation of the hat hoop or t-shirt hoops. However, youtube has a sight BAI Embroidery Machine with several instructional video's. This is perfect because I am more a visual learner and you can watch, pause and replay, from threading the machine, hooping hats and t-shirts (I spent an hr trying to hoop a hat fighting it until I finally watched the video to find there is an adjustment piece that had to be set and once I saw the video and adjusted the piece it fit easily, care and maintenance of the machine (you must oil it to maintain it - make sure to watch that video) When the machine came it did have two broken needles that probably occured during shipping I learned the hard way to change the needle do not remove the screw all the way (it only has two/three threads) the entire thing pops apart and it is extremely difficult to put the gasket and needle bar back together, a video shows to barely loosen the screw and get something to kind of shift and pull the needle out as it doesn't fall out freely. Their youtube videos walk you through a lot of useful information. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I spent a long long time looking for an embroidery machine. The main criteria for me was price, embroidery area (larger the better), 15+ needles and to be well built with good reviews. I think this machine ticks all those boxes. It hands down wins the price category, has a large embroidery area, has the 15 needles and is extremely well built. The reviews are incredible from not only Amazon, but from Youtube and Facebook online groups. If you want a commercial grade unit that can do it all then I would highly recommend the Poolin EOX. Support has been incredible and they keep checking in with me to see how things are going. Truly a great experience.

Item was delivered within 10 days. It is amazing! I have never embroidered before this and there is a definite learning curve. Buuuut!... support has been fantastic and I am in love with all I have been able to make.Here are a few of the items I have embroidered since receiving:

I received my machine on March 15 and I cannot be any happier. This decision was a no brainer for me. I had owned a Poolin flatbed machine prior to acquire this multineedle. The reason I decided to keep with Poolin brand is because the support from the engineers is endless. They are always checking on you even after sales. Kevin Xu messages me once a week to check in and make sure everything is running smooth and making sure I have the latest version of the operating system. The whole process of acquiring this machine was really seamless. Wayne Geng was really helpful with the purchase. Communication is top notch even though they are in a total different time zone. I cannot be any happier about this machine. The stitch quality is amazing!! This machine is a beast!! It handles hats so well even the super structured ones. I have included a video and few photos of designs I have stitched. The highland cow was the very second design I stitched on my Poolin EOX without even doing a tension test which is recommended to ensure flawless stitching. This machine is a total workhorse! I'm able to complete my orders faster and with much better quality plus I can now do hats and that has expanded my small business a great deal. The machine comes pre-threaded and that is a huge bonus!!! Everything you see on the listing photos you get. Poolin really sets you up for success with their machines and their starter supplies. I’ve been looking for a multi needle machine for a while. Most I’ve seen have been really expensive. I stumbled across the Poolin EOX and after watching a ton of reviews and videos I decided to buy it. The price is less than half of other brands. It came well packaged in a heavy plywood crate. A few things were missing from the crate but I sent a message and they arrived a few days later. Engineering and technical support is amazing. Great one on one video call training.

Poolin is super amazing. The stitch, the speed is so beautiful. This is my second machine from them and I can say is BUY IT !!!!. Worth every cent.
