Excellent product.
These are well worth the price. The noise cancelling is noticeable immediately and works well. The sound quality is just fine and the set up for your taste is easy too do. I'm very happy with these.

Great sounds so kick back and enjoy.
I have had these “earbuds” for a couple of weeks now, they replaced a budget pair that didn’t work properly, and I can definitely say these are worth that little increase in budget. I am not a sound purist but from my point of view they are excellent. Reading the instructions and downloading the app and fully charging was the recommended approach and I think this gave me a better understanding of the basics of use. There’s a good program in the app to set up your “buds” for your personal hearing based on age and range of tone you can hear, worthwhile checking this out. There’s a decent amount of options of ear fittings and having found the right fit and developed my technique for fitting securely I set about listening to a couple of hours of my favourite tunes. Finding the right volume was easy and the stereo effect was among the best I have experienced. Central voice with separated sound, well as I said I am no connoisseur, but it was to me excellent. I usually use over the ear headphones but recently found them a bit heavy and hot to wear after an hour or two. I found these comfortable even after a couple of hours. I haven’t mastered the buttons and committed function to memory yet, but I haven’t been trying. I am sure the younger more dexterous users will quickly pick up nuances. I can not attest to use in exercise but I found that they fit securely and survived some playtime with my energetic dog. Ease of use, well I can only say that being of a more senior age than perhaps the target market a read of the instructions and I was good to go. Value for money? Your discretion really, very much better value than a budget pair, simply vastly superior, sorry I do not have any reference to the luxury brands. Noise reduction both for people near by and for me the user seems to have past the test. Wife can not hear any noise from them and I have missed out on a few offers of tea, they pass my test! In conclusion, read the instructions, set to your hearing levels and kick back and enjoy.

Excellent ANC, annoying controls
I got these headphones for a good price on prime day. Sound quality is great and so is the fit. The case is really sleek too with the sliding feature. Noise cancellation is brill for in ear buds. My only gripe is the fiddly nature of the controls on the earbuds. It's not top or swipe, you have to a strange gripping motion.

ROCK SOLID HEADPHONES!!
I've only had these headphones for a few days.. And I've not heard a single thing in the gym or running.. meaning the background noise... So let's break the product down.. COMFORT they already came with the medium covers and I haven't had to change them.. They don't feel sore and they have a really good snug fit.. and they don't give that scabby cut feeling or pulse pain so I think they are very comfortable.. QUALITY.. Sound quality is decent but if you download the app you can get a bit more settings to fit your needs of what you like to listen to.. battery life looks rock solid.. No connection issues seems really reliable.. connected very quickly.. DESIGN this is where I think it really separates it self from most of your avg headphones.. if you usually hit a left or right, or touch the ear pod once it switches off or does some erratic stuff that can frustrate people even a slight knock putting a beenie on or something.. well these ones have a neatly tight slit button about width of a finger nail.. and if you are lucky to press it you will get what the touch does on most pods.. so I thought that was a really neat feature so less problems with that.. The case charger now this is where you would be careful we are so used to open pods up as the top case lifts.. but if you go try it without reading instructions like I did I was wondering why an earth they were not opening.. there case is a slider back and forward.. so be mindful of that.. cause it doesn't look like it would take a much brute force to think that the case opens up to then snap the lid that would be my only concern for others buying this product.. but it is well written on the instructions.. but I was just eager to get these in and go.. But it's a slider so that's just a heads up.. Anyway that probably sums it up. And I do not get paid for advertisement.. thought I'd add that in.....

A great all rounder
Easy to set up, with or without the app, although some features need the app. I wanted to change some controls so I had to download it, however, once downloaded it was easy to do. Great noise cancellation and the sound is rich and clear. They also seem to be weighted/balanced well so they feel safe and don't work loose whilst I'm walking. The multiple choice of silicone plugs means few will struggle to find the right fit.

My recommendation is buy the cheaper ones, you won't be so annoyed WHEN they fail.
5 stars because nobody reads the 1 star reviews. Anker get 5 stars for DOWNGRADING an already not so great product. Oh dear, no "lessons learned" from last time, I bought the Liberty 5's and made a rather scathing review of them (below) and had hoped after contacting customer services that they would indeed "learn lessons from my feedback" They didn't, AND they made them WORSE, despite this supposedly being the "next iteration". (If you're wondering why I bought them - to see if Anker really did do any product improvements. NOPE.) Here's how: They used smaller drivers than the previous iteration (liberty 4) 10.5 > 9.2 mm. These liberty 5's have worse impedance - 17 ohms compared to the previous 10 ohms of the liberty 4's, THAT REALLY MATTERS IN SOUND OUTPUT. 10 ohms to 17 ohms for earbuds is a bad thing. REALLY BAD. (Quieter, less bass, less battery efficient) Doesn't have AI translation software built in. THEY USED THE SAME ANC system as before (which was bad). It still stops the music when it hears something - EVEN WITH THE ANC TURNED FROM THE "BE AWARE" SETTING OF 5 TO MAX, which is supposed to stop that behaviour. As they are new, I cannot comment yet on the longevity of the mic usage, but if the mics on this one start cutting out or misbehaving like the last one - I will be asking for a refund - AGAIN. And the biggest kick in the 'nads of all? THEY REDUCED THE PREVIOUS 2 YEAR WARRENTY TO A 1 YEAR "LIMITED" WARRENTY. So Anker produced a worse product, with HALF the warranty period for around the same money when the other product is bought on sale. Good job Anker. Here is my previous review - which got deleted TWICE: Edited from original review which seems to have gone..... missing. Anker reached out to me after my below review and their customer service I have to say is as excellent as I would hope from a company like Anker, and we have had a resolution to the matter, and promised to pass on my criticism of the "too sensitive" ANC software. Having used them a couple more times, even though the ANC is still too sensitive, if that's not really what you're using them for, then these earbuds give excellent sound reproduction and I reiterate as good if not slightly better than Sonys CF-700's and should definitely be considered for your next earbud purchase. Edit 2 after 1 years use - the microphone for speech for telephone calls has stopped working, they are currently under review for repair or replacement - music sound is still good - even after the latest update the ANC is STILL TOO SENSITIVE AND TURNS THE MUSIC OFF WITH THE SLIGHTEST PROVOCATION - like me coughing, that's even when ANC is turned up to 10. **Original review as follows:** I bought these in the recent black friday and after downloading the software, doing the hearing test and the equaliser test I put them in and went to my workshop (I work from home as a cabinetmaker). All seemed fine until the ANC kept going on and off - after a google, turns out the ANC "Be aware" software will autoturn the music off if it hears ANYTHING. A door closing, a screwdriver dropping onto the floor, a car driving past and THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE IT NOT DO THIS. Turning the ANC to max setting does not stop this. I bought these BECAUSE there is a lot of noise distractions in around and near my workshop and wanted ... guess what? ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING 100% of the time. What these do instead is ""sort of active noise cancelling..... unless it hears a noise". As my tagline, instead it's like a skittish chihuahua "What's that? **bark bark** I heard something, what is it? WHAT IS IT? Oh it's nothing....." and then the music comes back on. And I'm absolutely not joking when I say that this was happening MULTIPLE TIMES WITHIN THE PLAYTHROUGH OF A SINGLE SONG - 3, 4, 5 times within a handful of minutes. THE WORST BEHAVING ANC SOFTWARE OUT OF THE THREE ANC EARBUDS I BOUGHT TO TEST. It works great, for the 20 seconds until it hears a sudden noise, then cuts the song ENTIRELY. It's TOO sensitive. For a cost of £100 on sale or £130 normal price, this is bloody terrible and INCREDIBLY BAD SOFTWARE DESIGN that they don't have an option for "full active noise cancelling at all times - ignore all outside sources".

Don't Buy if you want ANC!!
I have very mixed feelings about these. I have owned different makes of earbuds. These have some strong features but are not excellent or worthwhile in my opinion. The battery life is strong - you can get a few hours with ANC and LDAC enabled. The sound quality is impressive and there is plenty of customisation compared to other buds. I have a pair of Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Gen 2 earbuds. They do not have the same level of customisation. There is an equaliser that has great adjustability. However, I'm not sure how much one would use this. The build quality is reasonable but I found the plastic case was a bit flimsy. The connectivity is strong and the connection doesn't drop. The price is very impressive for what you get. What really ruined the experience for me was the "noise cancelling". I can't believe the comments of other customers. The ANC was pathetic for me. As I mentioned, I have the Bose. First, I could not get an idea seal for passive noise cancellation despite trying all the eartips. I like walking in the countryside early in the moring and listen to music or spoken word. I want the best ANC. The Bose are fantastic and block out most noises. The Anker were pathetic! They did not block out much noise, especially running water. The Bose blocked our most of the running water. The Anker none. I found them so woeful that I decided to return them. Mine only cost me £59 on sale, which was good value. Nevertheless, the ANC totally ruined it. If you don't care about ANC they are impressive, but if you expect ANC forget it!

Problem with Amazon returns
Had problems from as soon as I bought these earbuds. No charge at all, so had to charge the charging case. Then I was having daily connectivity issues, meaning the I had to uninstall them from iPhone and reinstall, meaning I lost all the controls, I had set up for the earbuds and the right ear bud, continually, didn’t charge properly and the last time I charged them, the left charged to 90% and right hand only to 30%. When I tried to return to Amazon, through there online returns procedure ( all I wanted was a replacement set ), but that wasn’t an option, the only option was to send them back for a credit, even then, I wanted to drop parcel back at the Amazon counter, where I pick my parcels up from, the only option, was to get royal mail, pick up from my home address, which is very inconvenient for myself. I ended up getting in touch with soundcore, who were very very helpful and I have sent them back under warranty and waiting for my new set to be sent out. This is the first time I have ever had any problems with Amazon returns.

Good value.
Works well for price. Good that one can personalise settings via the app and have a choice of in-ear bud size. Haven’t had a chance to use the noise cancelling for air travel yet and suspect it won’t come near over-ear headphones.

Valgono ogni centesimo.
