Amazing
I have been taking this a couple weeks now and I have to say I am very happy with this product. The midnight “fight or flight” has totally stopped and during the day anxiousness that changes to the fight or flight has stopped completely. Would definitely recommend but give it a few weeks for the full effect.

I’ve been taking this for just 6 days and already feel so much better! Before, I was very easily stressed and would get upset about the littlest things. My moods since taking them have been much more calm and stable. I have also felt “lighter”, less bloated and I’ve lost 2 inches around my stomach, which is my problem area thanks to perimenopause. I never really have had any cravings so I can’t tell you how they work for that. My energy levels have been about the same, and my sleep and mental clarity haven’t really gotten better yet, but I’m going to stick with it! They don’t taste or smell bad, and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I will finish the bottle and if it stays as it, I would probably buy again.

This is worth it
This amazing product works wonders for me. I had the worst problem in the afternoon with fatigue and then especially craving sweets after dinner. All that is gone, and I feel sane again (relative to my struggle with craving sweets). Give this a try if you have any of those symptoms, it just might work for you too.

Didn’t help me
These were not for me. It didn’t help with anything in fact it made it worse. Headaches, nausea, it made me feel weird I didn’t like them.

No significant relief after 8 weeks
Did not work for me. Took it for 8 weeks hoping for relief but was still not sleeping well and the midday slump continued.
