I bought these as a tool to help with muscle recovery after hard workouts. I've been using them for a couple weeks now and they fulfill that task. I still feel the normal muscle soreness but I have noticed the amount of stiffness in the days after has dropped.

These work great! The suction is very good and they are easy to use. It is nice to have the different sizes and they have helped us with pain management. They slide very easily. We use coconut oil. The cups are easy to wash as well. Fast and trouble free delivery. They come with a nice cloth bag for storing them as well.

Easy to use and clean. The largest piece is a bit small. I’m a petit girl and have been using these for a knee injury. The largest piece just barely fits around my knee. So if you’re looking to use these for your knee, keep in mind the size.

The cups are really easy to use and have a really strong suction. They are also super easy to clean and store unlike the glass cups. I can really feel the difference in the tightness of my forearms after using the cups. I definitely recommend this product.-See
