No. They’re not. They’re creamy and will smudge if you rub your lips on something.

I have olive skin & am looking for an orange base red, the pic above looks good but some advise its pink based? please advise tried & tested ladies

Dear Suzie, This may sound odd, but THANK YOU so much for your question, which caused me to find a treasure I thought I'd lost!!! So I had to help you out. I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that. Colour as described and lipstick glides on beautifully. Stays on well when drinking, but does wear off when eating food - but so do most lipsticks. Now I have found it, I am going to subscribe to purchasing it regularly.
