Whoop user for 4 years. Highly recommend!
Been a whoop band user for about four years. Love all the info it gives. I love seeing my sleep patterns. So much useful information especially with regards to strain and recovery. Great battery life.

Absolutely yes
My kiddo loves this thing. I couldn't tell you a single thing about it, just that he says it's the best tracker he's ever worn. His goalie coach and other teammates all use this as well.

Horrible product from a horrible company
Whoop is a terrible company. Do NOT buy from them. The data is incorrect. and they make you pay almost double the price of the hardware each year just to make the product work. And if you want to cancel you have to go through a 8 step process which is confusing and intentionally made to keep you paying. I would never recommend whoop to anyone.

Best fitness tracker I have tried to date.
I have tried lots of fitness trackers, the Apple Watch, the aura ring, and others. So far Whoop is my favorite, even with no wrist display. It clearly shows how heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep contributes to recovery scores and the AI integration is really great. I have been amazed that the device can tell when my body is stressed from injury, and the AI advisor has actually been giving spot on advice about rehab and recovery (that aligns with my PT. It suggests workouts based on your preferences and body readiness. I have really enjoyed it.

Tolles Produkt!
