This olive oil has a rich, robust flavor and works well for cooking, roasting, and salad dressings. I also like that it’s organic and comes in a convenient bottle. I gave it 4 stars because the taste is a little stronger than I expected, so it may not suit everyone. Overall, it’s a high-quality olive oil that offers good value.

Original puro oliva

I ordered this not expecting a lot because it’s a cheaper “supermarket” brand and not well recommended online. I was just going to use it for sautéing and cooking. Anyway, I thought I would try a spoonful to see how it tasted. I was pleasantly surprised by the aroma and the peppery taste in the back of my throat that typically are hallmarks of genuine extra virgin olive oil highly indicative of polyphenols, much more so than the more expensive Atlas brand that is highly recommended but turns out in my experience may not be pure EVOO.

Purchased it to see how it was before ordering more. It wasn't too bad for the price. I needed sevrral bottles to make large batches of pesto.... 5 days later I went to reorder and the price increased over 30%, so I went elsewhere
