The phone is great for sure - IF I had prepaid.Amazing color, Responsive, Small and Cute.I did have to return it because it's only for Pre-Paid phones. I'm in contract with T-Mobile so it didn't work even though it says it works with GSM & T-Mobile.SADLY - because it would have definitely a good starter phone for a 13 year old.I wish I could have kept it. I wish they would CLEARLY state the phone don't work with contract phones in the description.Hope this helps others decide if it's the right phone for them.

Miniature greatness, this little small phone comes with the works, screen protector, phone case and also headphones! I use it as my back up phone and it has come through for me. It has great resolution and fits in the palm of my hand
