When the product arrived, it had leaked out into the shipping box and I was concerned that perhaps I loss some product and this may have even oxidized the product. I contacted the seller expecting to maybe get a discount or replacement. The seller quickly refunded my money. I did not expect that, and I feel kind of bad as I am more than happy to have paid.
