This is the best weight-gaining product there is! You need to back intake of Endura Mass with a fair to sound workout (push-ups, pullups, cardio). Take a tall glass of lukewarm to hot milk, 2 bananas-worth of blended pulp, 2-3 spoons of sugar, just a bit of water (it is okay if you can avoid it) and one spoon of your favorite protein powder( I use Protinex to up the Protein count). Mix these all together in a large bowl and gulp it in installments every 15 minutes after a light to medium breakfast, followed by exercise. You can also divide this into pre and post-workout intake. Back this with your regular diet. Do this twice a day. I gained 5 kilos inside a month. I have since moved on to Endura's Double Gain and will post results in 3 weeks' time. If you sit on your ass all day, do not workout and consume this product, there will be no gain.It may add a kilo or two or nothing at all and will be flushed out of your system.

Initially my weight was 43 after taking this endura mass it is now decreased to 40 kgs very disappointed . Please do not but htis better have healthy foods at home DON'T buy this at all
