Q: Does this fit the 2019 new iMacs? I’m seeing reviews that says it doesn’t

Just got one of these for a 2019 iMac and it works great. Screws that were included were of sufficient length.

Q: Can this mount adaptor lower the screen display or just raise it?

This unit just works to give you a very solid VESA mount. You then need to get a wall attachment "arm" and depending on which one you get you can raise, lower, tilt and swing your iMac in any configuration. The wall mount that I have only will allow me to tilt, swivel and move along a horizontal plane. There are wall mounts that will allow you to raise and lower as well. Good luck!

Q: I'm trying to mount my 27" imac (late 2013) but the stand that comes with the imac isn't sturdy enough and it droops down. how can i fix this?

I mounted my 21.5 on the wall and had to use the "VIVO Adapter VESA Mount Kit / Bracket for Apple 21.5" and 27" iMac LED Display Computer (STAND-MACB)" it worked great !
