Maseca. White Corn Flour 1Kg (Masa Harina) - Imported Mexican Product : desertcart.ae: Beauty Review: Makes a big difference to tortillas - At face value it is more expensive than flour available to me locally however, the difference to my tortillas is amazing; taste lighter and softer. Dough stays fresh and soft overnight in the fridge. Well worth the purchase. Review: Just what I wanted - Masa harina is a classic for a reason and I absolutely love this brand. Dependable as ever no complaints at all

help you get the real thing
Easy to make and you get the taste of Mรฉxico in your plate. It takes more work than buying them as you need to use the pin roll and then cook them but it's definitely worth it in my view

No problems, it's flour!
No issues, as advertised.

The goto flour for Tacos, fajitas, totopos
Been using Maseca for years. It's a flour that doesn't need to prime. You make it, simply and roll it (or use a press). If you move from the mass produced wheat or corn flour ones with all the ingredients and horrid stuff they have in leading super markets to this, you'll notice the difference. I use flour, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. You can flavour with cheese and any spice you wish.
