Mine started fogging up badly after just 2-3 uses... what should I do?

Dear customer, thanks for your order. Please don't worry. Would you mind sending us an email with your order# at support@aegend.com? We will try our best to solve the issue for you. Hope to hear from you soon. - Anne

After a few weeks of using my goggles, they started fogging every time I swim. What should I do?

I might have a solution for you. I just got mine and in the box it has a manual that tells u how to prevent fogging. Tips: Get them wet before use Rinse them with fresh water and let them air dry and do not try to rub with your hands or cloth. When I tried to rub my old pair of goggles I noticed it scratches them and makes them foggey. I hope that helped.

Why is one of your goggles 5.71" long and the other 8.6"? Which is better for an adult?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. Please kindly know that this kind of goggles is suitable for both adults and youth, the length of the goggles of this kind is supposed to be the same. Please contact support@aegend.com with the order number if there is any problem with the goggles you bought, we would make every effort to solve problems for you. Sincerely, Aegend Official
