These did so well! We had the best time digging up all the potatoes!!! Great value for the price! They were also in great shape and ready to go!

I planted potatoes. I have been patiently taking care of them. The plants have died. When I pulled them out. No potatoes.

Very disappointing. The potatoes spent over a month in bright sunlight and never sprouted at all. I’ve grown potatoes for many years, and these are never going to sprout. I will give a one star since seller refunded my money. Buyer Beware -best not to purchase Gurney Seed Company items from a third party seller.

March 21 When they came in, every single potato was already starting to chit! If you don't know, a "chit" is that little sprout that comes out of the potato when it starts to grow. Compared to other seed potatoes I've bought, this one came as a handful of *large* seed potatoes, as opposed to many small ones. I'll update this review as they grow but it's looking good so far! I've just put them in a 10x10 tray with some coco coir and sprayed them with a little water so they chit up a bit more before I plant them.

All of my potatoes came up after planted. 10/10. I highly recommend.

Purchased these weeks ago, zero instructions came in the box. Learned about chitting (eye’s development in order to plant) and most of them nothing has happened. 11 russet potatoes came in the bag, 4 have grown eyes. They were shipped in dirt as opposed to saw dust, which can create mold. A waste of money in my opinion.

Came in great condition and earlier than thought. They looked great and healthy, with some starting to sprout.

What are the potatoes arrived Rotten and half hollow. Another potato appeared to be chewed by something. I would say about 50% of the potatoes head sprouts are ready. The rest have yet to sprout. I was expecting more potatoes and a better product of at least 80% sprouted potatoes. This is my first time ordering seed potatoes. I will provide a follow up update once I try to grow the ones that did sprout and hopefully the ones that didn’t will begin to sprout so that I can use them. Update. Less than 50% of the seed potatoes grew. My first grow bag came up with 0 potatoes. I planted 4-5 in this 20gallon bag. 2 grew and once they flowered and died I checked. No potatoes. I added soil with plenty of drainage to make the grow mound. Sadly no potatoes. Let’s hope I have more luck with the 3 other bags.
