Because this is actually for lotion and not shampoo. I made the mistake of ordering it off the description. If you’re looking for shampoo, this is not shampoo!

I like this type of cream for my baby I have used many but this one I love because it keeps the sensitive skin of your baby hydrated, others tend to dry very quickly and do not moisturize them. it helps with dry skin, and it is free of smell.
