This thing rocks! I use a gallon of water to make 4 gallon batches of ice. It’ll take an hour or two. Easy drain, easy clean, keeps ice cold until you get to it as long as that’s within the hour. Functions great. Easy cleanly storage. Nice option sizes of ice. Quite quiet.

Love it! But know that it only makes the ice. You can't leave it in there, it will melt. But aside from that, it's pretty fast and awesome. Beats filling ice cube trays.

Works when it wants to or not at all. Not 7-14 minutes. Maybe 7-14 hours? I had to keep an eye on it. Worked great for a cycle and then not at all. It's getting boxed back up for a return or the trash. Keep your money and don't buy this

This product I received was defective. The product arrived yesterday. I live in the desert and the ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. Subsequently, I was very eager to remedy my ice deficit. Yet, to my great disappointment there was none. After multiple attempts, I emailed the manufacturer. They quickly replied and asked that I send them a video of the problem (see below). I was told to contact Amazon. I cancelled payment and ordered a similar product from Walmart. I purchased the same product from Amazon last spring and it works perfectly. Based on my previous positive experience, I think I just received a lemon. So overall, I like the product and was just unlucky the second time around.

My wife loves it. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. Don’t expect it to keep ice frozen after you make it. Most do not. You have to transfer it to the freezer. I’m happy with the instructions and ease of use. It is quite compact and looks good on the countertop. The ice is nice. You will need to break it up after you’ve put it in the freezer as it is wet and it all freezes together. I don’t blame this on the product, it’s just the reality of making ice outside of your freezer. My family are all in awe and needed to watch and understand how this machine makes ice. It became a major topic of conversation for a few days. Update May 2026: My wife uses this thing constantly and everyone asks about it. The little ice bullets are perfect. I highly recommend.

Nice counter top ice maker for a good price. Learn to use it: cubes are wet so I freeze each batch, then break it up and add to my larger storage bag. 4 or 5 batches, 4 or 5 hours, make a gallon of ice.

Not the greatest ice machine. Holds less than the one I had previous, bought this to replace it. Its fairly noisy, and often turns itself off for some reason. If I could still return it I would.

I've used this a few times and it works great. Makes ice. Just add water.
