Yes, I wear size 8 on my thumb for hypermobility. I found the measurements given in the size chart to be accurate.

I need it for my middle finger trigger finger joint. How can I determine the right size?

To determine the correct size Oval-8 Finger splint: use a flexible measuring tape to measure around the affected finger joint.  Once you have your measurement, please refer to the sizing chart below:

I currently am using a size 6 oval 8 finger splint. I want a size smaller. What's the next smallest size? I'm guessing size 5 but not sure..
