Only charges to 91%
I just bought this battery on 9/17/2022 to replace one that was changed on 01/23/2017 on the APC ES500.When I first checked this, it was only charged up to 73%, now after several hours it reached 91%, but doesn't seem to get any higher.It looks to me that there is something wrong with it, even the old one that I just replaced can reach up to 98%.New batteries should be already charged to the max when they are sold.Was this really a new battery or a used one? How long does it take to get fully changed?
